THE WHISPERING WATER RANCH & Resort provides a warm and friendly atmosphere for relaxing in our newly remodeled lodge. Originally built as a barn in Pennsylvania in the 1800's, this expansive structure gives 360 degree views of breath taking scenery. You'll also enjoy our trophy filled hunting lodge, where you'll be able to trade stories about your hunts and enjoy fabulous meals.

At our 4800 acre hunting lease, we provide a camp with a travel trailer, wall tent, 4x4 camp trailer, and additional tents if needed.

I started hunting with my father
at the age of 4. While in high school, I started managing whitetail deer here in Menard County on a friend’s ranch.
In 1999, we bought our first ranch there and started producing trophy whitetail by developing pristine habitat, strict management practices and superior genetics. After 18 years, acquiring a total of 2985 years, we developed one of the top hunting ranches in Texas. This was my childhood dream and after accomplishing this, felt it was time to move on to our
next dream.

We specialize in the individual or small group of hunters and focus on quality not quantity. Attention to every detail, promises you a memorable experience. We know what is expected and what it takes to offer a great quality hunt.
